Having a 3rd-party agency, such as Kali Prime, act as a liaison between the school's internal and external parties can help subdue the risk of conflict of interest that external AAU club teams may present for the school (e.g., "pay to play")

There are a lot of sports happening at the same time during the high school season, which makes it difficult for multi-sport athletes to participate during the school year. Now, students can participate in other sports outside of the regular season. For example, in California, basketball & soccer.
